Code of Conduct

The Mall at Partridge Creek including its buildings, roadways and parking areas, is private property. We have set forth the following Code of Conduct to protect the property’s legitimate business interests and provide you with the best shopping experience possible. By refraining from the activities listed below, together we can achieve a safe and successful environment.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Possession of any item that could be used as a weapon, including but not limited to firearms, explosives, fireworks, clubs or sticks (except umbrellas, canes and other medical-type devices), knives with blades over 2” in length, or any other object(s) that may be used in any way to inflict bodily injury on another person, even if legally owned.

Use of obscene language or gestures. Racial, religious, gender or ethnic slurs.

Behavior that is disorderly, disruptive or that endangers others.

Defacing, damaging, destroying or shoplifting any property.

Littering.

Running, skating, skateboarding, roller-blading, hover boarding, and bicycling. “Horse play”, loitering, obstructing or interfering with the free flow of customer traffic.

Fighting, harassment, shouting, offending others, sexually explicit language, or provoking confrontations.

Use of the property in an improper or unsafe manner.

Loud behavior, the playing of musical instruments or audio devices, and the blocking of store entrances, walkways or fire exits.

Clothing that does not adequately cover the body. All patrons must be fully clothed and cannot wear indecent, inappropriate or gang-related attire.

Clothing that obscures the face, unless worn for cultural, religious or medical conditions, or mandated by public health officials.

Smoking, including vaping and the use of electronic cigarettes, is only permitted in designated smoking areas and is prohibited within 15 feet of store entrances.

Illegal possession, use, or consumption of alcoholic beverages or controlled substances. The legal consumption of alcoholic beverages may only occur in designated areas.

Picketing, leafleting, soliciting or petitioning, unless authorized by The Mall at Partridge Creek Management.

Photographing, videotaping or filming, unless authorized by The Mall at Partridge Creek Management.

Sitting on floors, planters, handrails, artwork, escalators, stairs, trash receptacles, or other areas not specifically designed for seating. Benches, chairs, and seating areas are for sitting only.

Unauthorized overnight parking or camping.

Groups of 5 or more may be dispersed.

Only dogs and service animals trained to assist and accompanied by persons with disabilities are permitted. Please see Dog code of conduct for more information.

All guests are required to leave the interior common areas once the property closes for business each evening.
School truancy policies are strictly enforced.

Any unattended bags are subject to search and possible seizure.

All mall walkers are hereby granted permission to utilize the interior and exterior of the mall for exercise purposes. However, should you choose to walk prior to mall opening hours, you are required to maintain a safe distance from all worker activities, as this period is designated for cleaning and maintenance operations. Participants walk at their own risk and must ensure compliance by maintaining a minimum distance of 15 feet from any machinery and personnel engaged in operational activities to ensure safety and adherence to regulatory standards.

Any person who fails to comply with the request of The Mall at Partridge Creek Management or Security may be asked to leave the property.

Dog Code of Conduct

Customers 18 years or older may bring their leashed, well-behaved dogs to the common areas of The Mall at Partridge Creek. In addition, merchants that permit dogs will have a sticker on their door or window to indicate that customers may bring dogs into the store. These merchants may have rules in addition to the ones listed below. If you are unsure, please check with the merchant before entering.

The comfort and convenience of our human visitors is our first priority.

Dog owners bringing their dog to the Mall must follow these rules:

  • Dogs (including service dogs) must be leashed or inside a carrier at all times.
  • Retractable leashes and leashes longer than six feet are not permitted.
  • Owner must supervise and have control of their dog at all times.
  • Owner is legally responsible for their dog’s behavior and cleaning up after them.
  • Do not leave your dog unattended or left in a minor’s care.
  • Any dog that The Mall at Partridge Creek management deems causing a disturbance or which may present a danger to others must be removed from the premises by its owner.
  • Owner must comply with all applicable laws as it relates to their dog, including laws pertaining to dog licensing and vaccinations.
  • Owner must immediately notify Mall security of any incident involving your dog and provide all relevant information to Mall security.
  • Dogs are not permitted in retail establishments where food is served.
  • Dogs are not permitted in any of the Mall’s fountains, including the pop jet fountain.
  • Do not leave your dog alone in your vehicle.

Helpful Tips to Customers

  • Ask permission from a dog’s owner before approaching or petting a dog.
  • Do not crowd dogs as they may become nervous and may exhibit negative behavior.

Dog Comfort Stations

There are several dog comfort stations that provide drinking water and disposable bags for cleaning up after your pet.

Any person who fails to comply with the request of The Mall at Partridge Creek Management or Security may be asked to leave the property.

The Mall at Partridge Creek Parking Policies

NOT PERMITTED – ALL VEHICLES

  1. Loitering in the vehicle or parking lot
  2. Parking in time limit areas for longer than the posted time limit
  3. Vehicles parked on property after 2am will be cited for overnight parking
  4. Parking in red zones
  5. Parking that blocks ADA ramps or paths
  6. Parking the opposite direction of traffic
  7. Parking on curbs, sidewalks, on top of rocks, or in planters
  8. Parking in any areas not properly marked as a parking zone (ie must be parking in a loading dock delivering, an ADA space, electric vehicle designated parking, motorcycle parking, or a marked parking space. All other parking is prohibited)
  9. Commercial/Oversized vehicles that do not fit within the marked parking lot spaces; Parking outside of a marked space, in multiple spaces, or in areas hindering traffic is prohibited.

NOT PERMITTED —DELIVERIES/VENDORS

  1. Deliveries parking anywhere except for loading docks (receiving zones) and all deliveries must go through the loading docks and back corridors (ie nothing through the entrance doors or through the Center). Parking in loading docks for more than 15 minutes without prior approval from security/management.
  2. Bringing pallet jacks or pallets into the property common areas, mall entrances, or anywhere with tile
  3. Propping any doors open during deliveries
  4. Delivery trucks can park along the side and wait for receiving zones to clear for use, as long as no other parking policies above are violated.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING (EVC) STATIONS

  1. Electric Vehicle Charging parking is two hours maximum before citation.
  2. Vehicle does not need to be occupied if owner is shopping/dining nearby
